Wherever people communicate, they try to influence. Manipulation means directing the thinking of the opponent in such a way that he or she does not notice the influence. The victim believes that he or she has made the decision desired by the opponent of his or her own free will and to his or her own advantage. Learn how manipulation works, how you can recognise attempts at manipulation and how you can effectively defend yourself against them.
Those who are manipulated act on the instructions of another, but believe they have decided for themselves.
The participants know and understand the principles and techniques of undesired influence and are able to recognise manipulative attacks, fend them off and let them go nowhere.
