Special Leadership Skills

Leading When Everything Is on Fire

Leadership is not a position and not a line on a business card. It is the capacity to stay clear when uncertainty reaches its peak, to make qualified decisions when information is incomplete, and to hold a team together when failure feels dangerously close. Learn from Major Ron E. Lair, former U.S. Army commander, who proved his leadership in the most extreme situations imaginable and understand how this ability can be consciously developed.

What this seminar is about

Anyone can lead when everything goes according to plan. But what do you do when the plan collapses and the pressure becomes unbearable? This seminar teaches you the principles of an officer who did not learn leadership in a classroom, but in real operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Major Ron E. Lair shows how to translate those experiences into your business environment:
how to build mental strength, eliminate emotional reflexes, and stay composed when everyone else begins to panic. You will not learn theory. You will learn survival strategies for projects and teams. The ability to act in crisis and to make clear decisions in chaos. For people who want to deliver results, no matter how difficult the circumstances.

If I had to define leadership in a single word, it would be this: results. -- Ron E. Lair
